CYNARA SCOLYMUS - Artichoke. The active ingredient of this biennial or perennial herb is extracted from the leaves, especially the first year. Artichokes are used in herbal preparations for digestion, cleansing and appetite stimulation. UNCARIA TOMENTOSA is a plant of the Rubiaceae family, also known as "uña de gato"; or cat's claw, due to the shape of its hook-like spines, which allow the plant to hook and hold onto nearby trees as it grows upwards in search of light. It is known for its immunostimulating, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties, and is useful against infections. SALVIA OFFICINALIS - Sage is a plant of the Labiatae or Lamiaceae family (same as thyme and mint) that originated in the Middle East and the Mediterranean but is now distributed almost worldwide. Well-known and used in the kitchen to flavor dishes, sage is also known in folk medicine as a medicinal herb due to its anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, digestive, diuretic and healing properties. Its name is derived from salvus, meaning healthy, due to the healthy properties attributed to the plant. In folk medicine, it is used to facilitate weaning due to its inhibitory effect on milk production. Its use actually makes breast milk taste more unpleasant and reduces its production. Medicinal sage - for indigestion - as mentioned, due to its choleretic (increasing the release of bile from the liver) properties, sage can be considered a suitable aid in the fight against indigestion and can be useful for loss of appetite. Ingredients: water, sodium chloride, bark (Uncaria tomentosa dried bark of Uncaria tomentosa, macerated, fructose. Additives/kg: Sensory additives: Salvia officinalis L. Medicinal sage: tincture 60,000 mg, Cynara scolymus L. True artichoke: tincture 3,000 mg; Technological additives: 1k202 potassium sorbate 3,000 mg, 1a330 citric acid 1.000 mg. Doses and method of use: Animal weight/dose less than 5 kg: 5 drops; from 5 to 10 kg: 10 drops; from 10 to 20 kg: 20 drops; over 20 kg: 25 drops. Shake before use. AntiLact Pet can be given directly into the pet's mouth, either with the feed or on a teaspoon using a dropper. The preparation should be given 10-15 days after weaning, and in case of pseudopregnancy, as soon as the animal shows disturbed behavior, for 15 days. Duration of use - 15 days on average.
